HOA & Condominium Board Approval Checklist
- Licensed Electrical Contractor: Submission of state license (#EC13009944) and certificate of insurance naming the association as additional insured.
- Electrical Load Calculation: Professional load study proving the main meter room or house panel has capacity.
- Submetering Solution: Installation of an inline kilowatt-hour meter to track EV electricity consumption.
